Any child, parent or carer not born in Australia must provide a copy of their passport or Australian Citizenship Certificate.
Any child, parent or carer who is not an Australian citizen must also provide a copy of their visa.
Where applicable, provide Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion or Confirmation certificates, and Parish Reference.

Choosing a school for your child is an important decision. The following information will assist you through the application and interview process.
We would love the opportunity to show you around our beautiful school community. You and your child can meet our staff and students, and view our wonderful programs and facilities first hand. School Tours are conducted on Mondays. Please allow 20 minutes for a tour.
Childhood is a precious time when children are growing and changing. We strive to provide a welcoming, engaging and joyous learning environment. Our Kindergarten is a place where children can explore, investigate, foster their imagination and forge new friendships.
In Western Australia children who were born between January and June start Kindergarten the year in which they turn four years old, while children born between July and December will start the following year.
We conduct our Kindergarten interviews two years before a child is eligible to attend Kindy. We encourage our families to apply when your child is aged two.
At Assumption, we recognise that every child is different and unique. Please get in touch with us about placements in other year levels.
After receiving your Application for Enrolment, we will contact you to arrange an enrolment Interview with the Principal or Assistant Principal. Children are required to attend the enrolment interview with their parents.
Our Kindergarten interviews are conducted two years in advance.
Should a place be available, an Enrolment Offer will be made. To secure your position, families must complete an Acceptance of Enrolment and pay the non refundable enrolment deposit of $200. This will be deducted from the first year school fees.
